Sales and Marketing Intern

Job Summary As a Marketing and Sales Intern, you will be sole person doing marketing and sale to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, digital, social and local. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, market research, sales and brand promotion. Key Responsibilities Assist in the creation of marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and promotional materials Support the management of social media accounts (e.g., scheduling posts, engaging with followers, tracking performance) Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify marketing opportunities Help organize and coordinate marketing events, campaigns, or virtual webinars Update and maintain marketing databases and CRM tools Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts Collaborate with designers, reception and other team members to produce high-quality content Perform administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools Creative thinking and strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus What You’ll Gain Real-world experience in marketing strategy and campaign execution Exposure to digital marketing tools and techniques Mentorship and networking opportunities A portfolio of completed marketing projects Potential for full-time employment after the internship (if applicable) Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month Benefits: Work from home Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): It is intern job please do not expect anything more Need to be self reliant, strong communication and able to meet goal BYOD is a must Work Location: In person
