We are looking for a motivated and creative Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team and support our client outreach and marketing initiatives.

Position Summary

The Sales & Marketing Intern will assist in developing and executing strategies to attract new clients, maintain customer relationships, and promote our photography services. This internship is ideal for someone interested in marketing, sales, creative industries, and visual content production. The intern must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, as communication with clients and marketing content creation will be key parts of the role.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Assist with prospecting and identifying potential clients in target industries (e.g., fashion, food & beverage, e-commerce, real estate, hospitality).
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
• Help maintain and update the client database (CRM).
• Participate in client outreach through email, social media, and phone communication (English fluency required).

Marketing Support

• Assist in creating marketing content, including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Help manage studio social media accounts and contribute ideas for campaigns.
• Support SEO and website content updates to improve online visibility.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

General Tasks

• Assist during photoshoots when needed (behind-the-scenes content, client coordination, prep support).
• Collaborate with the creative team to align marketing messages with visual content.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (strong writing and verbal communication skills).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Photography, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and the creative industry.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Basic understanding of marketing principles; prior experience is a plus.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Bonus: Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or knowledge of photography.
