Sales and Marketing Executive (Online) (Pharma)

Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for digital sales and marketing. This is a flexible, work-from-home opportunity suitable for self-driven candidates who can meet sales targets using online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products/services via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Generate leads, follow up, and close sales
• Create and share digital content
• Respond to customer queries and maintain relationships
• Achieve targets and report daily progress

Work Schedule:

• 6 days/week, ~8 hours/day (flexible)
• Mandatory 1-hour daily online check-in
• Sunday off (flexible during campaigns)

Eligibility:

• Minimum: 12th Pass; Preferred: Graduates
• Minimum 1 year of sales/marketing experience
• Strong Hindi or English communication skills
• Self-motivated and result-driven

Skills Needed:

• Familiar with mobile/computer tools, WhatsApp Business, social media, email
• Knowledge of Canva/CRM is a plus
• Must own a smartphone/laptop and have stable internet

Growth Opportunities:

• Promotions to Team Leader/Manager in 3–6 months

• Potential to shift to offline/franchise roles later
