Sales and Marketing Executive (IT)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our animation studio. You will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our animation services across various industries such as entertainment, advertising, gaming, and education. This position requires a strong understanding of the animation industry and excellent communication skills to effectively convey our creative capabilities to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

• Identify and target potential clients who need animation services.
• Understand client needs and present customized solutions highlighting our animation expertise.
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and oversee payment follow-ups.
• Track and report sales activities, ensuring revenue targets are met.

Marketing:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote animation services through social media, email, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to create marketing materials, including showreels, case studies, and presentations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts.
• Represent the studio at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.
• Enhance the company’s online presence, ensuring the website and social media profiles are engaging and up-to-date.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the animation, media, or entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of animation workflows and production processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
• Ability to meet targets, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Traits:

• A passion for animation and storytelling.
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in animation, such as AR/VR and real-time rendering.
• Existing network or connections within the animation or entertainment sectors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
