  • Core Expertise: Provides comprehensive building facade solutions, including design, fabrication, and curtain walls, alongside expertise in warehousing and smart glass technology (e.g., partnerships with Filmbase and Profils Systemes).
  • Industry Focus: Operates in commercial facade construction, hospitality, real estate, education, and packaged foods.
  • Sustainability & Vision: Emphasizes green design, environmental protection, and energy conservation. The company aims to break the cycle of poverty through job creation.
  • Leadership: Headed by Kapil Shukla.
  • Global Presence: Operates in India, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, East Africa, and the Philippines.

Primary Responsibilities

JD for Sales and Marketing:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers to generate and convert leads.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, technically accurate presentations and proposals to clients and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies; use findings to inform sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to create visibility and business opportunities.

Key Activities & Expectations

  • Proactively follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals meet client and project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in the company CRM or tracking system.

🛠️ Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of facade systems and materials (glass, aluminum, stone, composites) and general building materials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Relevant qualifications such as MBA (Marketing) or BBA are preferred.
  • Freshers are welcome; structured training will be provided to support ramp-up.
