As a Marketing Manager/Sr. Manager based in Noida, you will be responsible for both BTL and Digital Marketing. Your role will involve leveraging your experience in Retail, Consumer Electronics, Mobile, Telecom, or Technology companies to drive impactful marketing strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize your minimum 3 years of relevant experience to execute Retail Marketing, BTL, and Catchment Area Marketing initiatives effectively. - Collaborate with retailers or franchisees to boost footfall and drive sales in target areas. - Design and implement innovative campaigns within limited budgets to achieve desired results. - Travel frequently across North India for on-ground implementation and coordination. - Demonstrate strong skills in planning, vendor negotiation, and performance analysis. - Work closely with the team to create impactful MIS reports and presentations using tools like PowerPoint and Excel. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong command over English and Hindi languages for effective communication. - In-depth understanding of consumer behavior and retail activation techniques. - Ability to think creatively and develop strategies to engage target audiences. - Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset to drive successful marketing campaigns. - Proficiency in creating MIS reports and presentations with expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools.
