URGENT HIRING : Sales and Marketing Executive ( READ JOB DESCRIPTION ) Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month Incentives: Based on target achievement Travel Allowance & PETROL ALLOWANCE : Provided for work-related travel Product Range: Artificial Decoration Goods, Festival Decoration Items, Birthday Celebration Supplies Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive with a passion for decorative products. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, and be ready to travel locally for client meetings. This role offers a fixed salary plus performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities: Honest and denuine person apply. Sell artificial decoration items, festival decorations, and birthday celebration goods Identify and approach potential clients (shops, event planners, retailers, etc.) Travel for in-person client meetings (travel allowance provided) Maintain relationships with existing customers and follow up on repeat orders Work towards monthly sales targets to earn incentives Assist in promotional activities and marketing campaigns when needed Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing Good communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Willing to travel for work purposes Basic knowledge of decorative product market is a plus
