Job Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the sales and marketing teams in executing campaigns, tracking sales performance, managing client communications, and coordinating administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between teams and contribute to achieving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and client coordination. Support marketing campaigns including email, social media, and promotional events. Maintain and update sales and marketing databases, reports, and documentation. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal departments. Track sales performance and prepare reports for management. Handle customer queries and ensure timely responses. Assist in creating marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and email templates. Schedule meetings, calls, and product demos for the sales team.
