Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to US customers to explain and sell services
Listen actively and understand customer needsIdentify customer eligibility and recommend solutionsMaintain accurate records of calls and outcomesFollow standard operating procedures and team strategiesParticipate in ongoing learning and development sessions

Who Can Apply:
Freshers with excellent English communication (English-medium background preferred)Experienced in voice process/sales are welcomeComfortable with night shifts (US time zone)
