Sales Analytics

Operational Duties:

• Develop and Maintain Reports & Requests related to sales functions
• Manage and complete assigned serial tasks and ad hoc requirements, adhering to established SLA commitments.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
• Design and implement interactive dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships with a primary focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Ensure for self is meeting all process deliverables
• Perform back up duties for Team members, as necessary
• Should process in providing Ideas for improvement.

Required skills :

• Experience working with large datasets and developing complex data models.
• Collect, clean & analyse large datasets using Excel, SQL, Python.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Expertise in developing interactive reports and dashboards, managing workspaces, and implementing access Rules using Power BI and similar analytics tools.
• Certifications such as PL-300 (Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst) are a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is essential.
• Ability to create meaningful presentation through PowerPoint.
• Working Knowledge in Power Automate, Power Apps is a Plus
• Excellent Communication skills both written & verbal.
