Role Overview

Join the frontline of HP World’s customer experience. As a Sales Associate, you’ll guide walk-in customers through product choices, build trust through genuine conversations, and help turn interest into sales. You’ll be part of a team that values clarity, service, and local connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in-store with product selection and queries
• Explain HP laptop features, offers, and warranty details clearly
• Maintain showroom display standards and stock readiness
• Support WhatsApp-based product inquiries and follow-ups
• Help with festive, referral, and loyalty campaigns
• Coordinate with backend team for billing and inventory updates

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Confident, approachable, and customer-first attitude
• Basic tech awareness (laptops, printers, accessories)
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Excel, or CRM tools is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow in a retail environment
