Sales Accounting

As a Sales Accounting Executive at Raynas Infra and Geomatics Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for handling accounting tasks related to the companys sales operations. This includes recording transactions, reconciling sales invoices, working with the sales team to ensure billing accuracy, preparing sales-related financial reports, monitoring receivables, and assisting with month-end/quarter-end close activities. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that sales data is accurately reflected in the accounting system to support informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Record and reconcile daily sales transactions. - Prepare sales reports and analysis for management. - Collaborate with the sales team to resolve billing or account issues. - Assist in month-end/quarter-end closing activities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. - 0-2 years of experience in sales accounting or accounts receivable. - Proficiency in accounting software and Excel. - Strong numerical and analytical skills. - Good communication and teamwork abilities.
