Sale executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide expert knowledge about our jewellery collections, materials, and craftsmanship.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to match their preferences and budget.
• Drive sales through personal engagement, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and returning clients.
• Handle transactions accurately and process sales using POS systems.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, current trends, and market competitors.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or showroom sales experience, preferably in the luxury or jewellery sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for jewellery, fashion, and luxury customer service.
• Polished appearance with a warm, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in sales, fashion, or gemology is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
