Job Title: Testing Technician Experience: 2 to 6 Years Location: Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu Company: Salcomp Manufacturing India Pvt. Ltd. Industry: Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Testing Technician to join our team at Salcomp’s EMS division in Sriperumbudur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing electronic components and PCBA, and troubleshooting to component level. Key Responsibilities: Perform functional and in-circuit testing of electronic assemblies and PCBA. Use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and ICT/ATE systems. Analyze test results and identify product failures or issues. Troubleshoot and repair PCBs up to component level. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment regularly. Record and document all test results and troubleshooting actions. Collaborate with process, quality, and design teams to address recurring test issues. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ESD guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / ECE or related discipline. 2–6 years of experience in Testing in EMS or electronics manufacturing industry. Knowledge of PCBA testing processes (ICT, FCT, AOI, Flying Probe). Good understanding of electronics schematics and datasheets. Familiarity with ISO/IPC standards and ESD compliance. Ability to work in shifts and under pressure in a high-volume production environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
