Handle employee grievances in co-ordination with RM & FM. 6. Maintaining employee data base in soft form as well in Hard copies. Induction of new joinees. 7. Manage overall HR Operations. Handling Labour Audit, providing necessary documents to labour officials in coordination with HO, RM & FM
