Job description Payroll Processing & Compliance: Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including full & final settlements for assigned Business Units, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement. Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and enhance automation. Work closely with technology teams to implement payroll system enhancements. Suggest improvements to reduce errors and increase efficiency. Collaboration & Coordination: Partner actively with HR, Finance, and global teams to ensure seamless payroll operations. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to handle escalations and process changes. Support audit activities related to payroll and compliance. Learning opportunity: Support stat accounts/ financial statement preparation for which training will be provided. Must have: 9+ years of experience in payroll processing within a large, service-based or professional services organization. Strong knowledge of Indian payroll statutory compliances and regulations. Hands-on experience with payroll systems, with preference to SAP Payroll. Advanced Excel skills and ability to create accurate reports. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
