Guide employees on PF withdrawals/transfers, ESI benefits, and other compliance-related matters. Reporting & Coordination Maintain payroll records and generate compliance reports. Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for smooth payroll execution. Provide payroll and compliance data for audits and management review. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Commerce / HR / related field. 4–6 years of experience in payroll processing & statutory compliance. Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS is mandatory. Good knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable labor laws. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables). Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy. Preferred Attributes Prior experience handling payroll for 200+ employees through Keka. Knowledge of Income Tax (salary taxation) and labor law updates. Ability to resolve employee queries with clarity and empathy.
