Process audits and secondary reviews of day-to-day payroll tasks Actively lead to resolve queries in helpdesk sessions Mailbox monitoring and provide resolution within 24 hours Connect with Payroll vendor for the payroll inputs and employee’s E2E PF/Salary payout queries QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS Level of educational attainment required: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Previous work experience 8+ years of work experience, preferably including at least 3+ years in managing Payroll India Payroll experience is a plus Language skills required Strong verbal and written English language skills required IT skills required Proficiency in MS Excel essential Proficiency in other Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI desirable 4.
