We are looking for a skilled Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., with 3-5 years of experience in the field. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives. Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process. Job Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field. Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is an added advantage.
