About the Role Salam Kisan, the flagship agri-tech platform of PRYM Group, is looking for a strategic storyteller and digital native to own our content strategy, write high-impact content, and lead our social media presence across Salam Kisan, PRYM Aerospace, and PRYM Drone School of Excellence (RPTO). This is not a typical “post-and-go” job. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO, shaping the narrative of one of India’s fastest-growing deep-tech startups—building a brand that speaks to rural entrepreneurs, government stakeholders, and global investors alike. You’ll front-end the content strategy, write and edit with precision, and drive platform growth supported by a design and video team. If you excel, this role has a clear path to CMO/Chief Brand Officer. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Content Strategy & Storytelling: Build and execute a content calendar that drives awareness, investor interest, and farmer engagement. • Copywriting & Thought Leadership: Write sharp, on-brand copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, pitch decks, campaigns, investor updates, and PR features. • Social Media Management: Own daily publishing, analytics, and growth across platforms; engineer virality through insights-driven content. • Cross-Brand Integration: Maintain a unified yet nuanced voice across Salam Kisan, PRYM Aerospace, and RPTO verticals. • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with designers, videographers, and internal teams to bring stories to life. • Analytics & Iteration: Use performance data to refine strategy and maximize engagement. ⸻ What We’re Looking For: • Experience: Minimum 3 years in content strategy, brand marketing, or social media, preferably in rural/agri-tech, sustainability, or allied industries. • Skills: Exceptional writing and editing, strategic thinking, social media growth tactics, and comfort with analytics. • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and obsessed with brand-building. • Culture Fit: Thrives in high-growth startup environments, ready to work directly with the CEO. ⸻ Compensation & Growth: • Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month (based on experience and fit). • Location: Mumbai (hybrid flexibility). • Career Path: Opportunity to grow into CMO/Chief Brand Officer as you prove leadership and vision. ⸻ Why Join Us: PRYM Group is redefining agriculture and drones in India.
