Job Title: Recovery Officer Location: Nagpur Company: Sakksham Finserv LLP (Partnered with Godavari Urban Bank) Job Type: Full-Time | Field Job Job Summary: Sakksham Finserv LLP is looking for a dynamic and responsible Recovery Officer to manage overdue accounts including NPA, Home Loans , Personal Loans , and other retail loan products. The role is field-based and requires effective communication and negotiation skills to recover dues professionally and within compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to follow up with delinquent customers across product segments (NPA, home loan, personal loan, etc.). Persuade borrowers for timely repayment or settlement as per bank policies. Prepare and maintain detailed records of recovery status and customer interactions. Coordinate with legal or collections team for escalated or legal recovery cases. Achieve monthly recovery targets set by the organization. Maintain professional behavior with borrowers and represent the organization positively. Submit regular field reports and MIS updates to reporting managers. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred. Experience in loan recovery (NPA/home/personal loans) will be an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of banking products and recovery processes. Must be familiar with Nagpur city and surrounding regions. Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
