We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer with experience in road construction projects to oversee day-to-day on-site activities. The candidate will be responsible for executing civil works as per the design and drawings, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of roadwork. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute all on-site activities related to road construction (earthwork, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, drainage, and structure works). Interpret civil drawings, alignments, and levels using Auto Level or Total Station. Plan daily work schedules and monitor progress. Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and machinery operators to ensure smooth execution. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards as per MORTH/IRC specifications. Maintain daily progress reports, material consumption logs, and other site documentation. Liaise with consultants, surveyors, and government officials as required. Manage material planning and inventory at site. Ensure proper testing (density, core cutting, cube testing, etc.) is conducted and documented. Address technical issues and suggest solutions in coordination with the senior engineering team. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Location: Baramati, Pune, Maharashtra (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
