Responsibilities: Gathering Requirements, Developing build map rules, LCM Events and workflows; Install, Customize, configure and support identify provisioning and Governance tools; Performing Installation and configuration of SailPoint IdentityIQ; Aggregating and Provisioning users using various Connectors; Lead and participate in projects that include project resources to achieve project objectives; Install, customize, configure, and support identity provisioning and governance tools; Develops the creation process of new audit reports, templates, ad-hoc and runs current audit reports for SOX, PCI, and CPNI for specific application; Implement new code into UAT and Production for system development lifecycle processes; Monitors delivery against SLAs and addresses exceptions to management; Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting; Champion problem management best practices, drive root cause resolution & reduce future incidents; Identify risks and issues and develops recommendations that address significant risks and complex issues; Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts. Requirements: Participate in requirements gathering and use case development; Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working with SailPoint technologies (IdentityIQ), concepts and features; Develop technical project plans and aid in project resourcing; Develop and execute test cases and test plans for SailPoint solutions; Development background (i.e. JAVA); Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in comprehensive manner (i.e. translate and present technical information to business); Experience with IdentityIQ Administration and Implementation; Develop or contribute to technical project plans with regular tracking and reporting; Front end tech: Angular.js is ideal; Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field; Strong IAM domain knowledge; Strong working knowledge of Java and the ability to write scripts.

The ideal candidate will support the administration, troubleshooting, and operational maintenance of SailPoint IdentityIQ platforms, ensuring secure and seamless access to enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1/L2 support for SailPoint IdentityIQ , resolving tickets related to user provisioning, access requests, and entitlement issues. Monitor daily scheduled jobs , connectors, and system logs; escalate complex issues to L3 or engineering teams. Troubleshoot user access issues across integrated systems like Active Directory, LDAP, or HRMS. Perform basic tasks like role modification, user onboarding/offboarding, and entitlement management. Collaborate with application owners and IAM leads to support audits, compliance checks, and access reviews. Document recurring issues, resolutions, and process improvements. Skills & Qualifications: 0 to 4 years of experience in IAM or application support, preferably with SailPoint IdentityIQ. Basic understanding of identity lifecycle management , provisioning workflows , and access reviews . Exposure to Java or BeanShell scripting is a plus. Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, and databases (MySQL/Oracle) preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
