Roles & Responsibilities: The IGA/IAC development function is responsible to support the in-house IAC (Identity & Access Control) IGA platform in the firm. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the in-house IGA platform ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with security and regulatory standards. Ensure seamless integration of the IGA platform with enterprise systems, SaaS applications, and cloud environments. Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM strategy, roadmaps, and standards aligned with business goals. Oversee and enforce the implementation of access management controls, workflows, and certifications. Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) for IAM projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Coordinate support and issue resolution for IAM systems across development, test, and production environments. Drive automation initiatives to improve access request, provisioning, de-provisioning, and recertification processes. Evaluate, implement, and integrate industry-leading IAM solutions such as Saviynt and SailPoint where appropriate. Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and audit requirements. Maintain and improve platform reliability, security, and performance across Unix, Linux, and Windows environments. Key Skills: Strong experience in developing and supporting IAM/IGA platforms using: Core Java, Spring, Struts, TomEE Oracle DB, SQL development and optimization Unix/Linux shell scripting and system administration Windows Server management Solid understanding of IAM principles, RBAC, ABAC, provisioning workflows, and directory services (LDAP, AD). Experience in working with SaaS-based IGA platforms like Saviynt and SailPoint. Demonstrated expertise in SDLC principles and agile project management. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex security and identity challenges. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Good communications and interpersonal skills Strong working experience in agile methodologies. Experience in working with Tools like ServiceNow, CMDB, ZScaler, GitLab, Ansible, Grafana, Spring boot etc Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIAM, or SailPoint/Saviynt certifications would be preferable. Experience in Banking or Financial Services industry would be preferable.
