What You Bring 3-5 years of experience in a similar role focusing on sales enablement, outbound campaign development, or a highly strategic DSR role in a B2B SaaS environment. Proven track record of building effective call guides, sales playbooks, and email sequences that have directly contributed to pipeline generation and quota attainment. Deep understanding of the DSR function , including challenges, best practices, and motivation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills , with a knack for crafting clear, concise, and persuasive messaging. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance. Experience with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach.io, SalesLoft, or similar. Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce .
