About The Role : Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer with a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and a basic grasp of management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SailPoint Identity Now solutions while also assisting in operational and governance-related activities. Key Responsibilities: Development & Implementation: Design, develop, configure, and customize SailPoint Identity Now solutions to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain lifecycle event workflows, rules, policies, and connectors for integrations with various systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle processes, provisioning, and deprovisioning. Management & Governance Support: Assist in identity governance activities, including access reviews, certification campaigns, and role-based access control (RBAC) strategies. Collaborate with security, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Provide input on process improvements, best practices, and automation to enhance IAM efficiency. Testing & Documentation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT for SailPoint implementations. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, SOPs, and user guides. Required Skills & Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in SailPoint Identity Now development. Strong expertise in Java, XML and APIs. Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, SQL databases, and cloud-based IAM solutions. Understanding of identity lifecycle management, role management, access certification, and compliance requirements. Basic knowledge of IAM program governance, risk, and compliance policies. Preferred candidate profile Minimum Qualifications, Formal Education, Certification or Equivalent Minimum Qualifications, Formal Education, Certification or Equivalent Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, or Engineering, Proven experience as a SailPoint Administrator or in a similar role. Strong understanding of identity governance and administration concepts. Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ configuration and customization. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Java, BeanShell) and SQL. Knowledge of security protocols and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, LDAP). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with SailPoint's Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) product.

Application On-boarding for built-in and custom connectors including development of application rules, before and after provisioning rules. The platforms that are in scope of IAM are: Identity management based on SailPoint IIQ Authentication and password mgmt. based on AD and O365 solutions Web single sign-on and conditional access policies based on Entra (former AAD). Also, SCIM based provisioning (and JIT provisioning as part of SSO) is done with Entra Privileged access management based on SSH PrivX When the experience increases, the person in this position is expected also to participate to other initiatives in Enterprise, Product or OT security, depending on the initiatives on-going at that point, and on the persons background and interests.
