About The Role : Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer with a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and a basic grasp of management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SailPoint Identity Now solutions while also assisting in operational and governance-related activities. Key Responsibilities: Development & Implementation: Design, develop, configure, and customize SailPoint Identity Now solutions to meet business requirements. Strong expertise in Java, XML and APIs. Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, SQL databases, and cloud-based IAM solutions. Understanding of identity lifecycle management, role management, access certification, and compliance requirements. Basic knowledge of IAM program governance, risk, and compliance policies.
