Job Title: All-Rounder Chef Job Summary: We are looking for a versatile and skilled All-Rounder Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing a wide variety of cuisines, handling multiple kitchen operations, and ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes (Indian, Continental, Chinese, etc.) as per menu requirements. Plan daily menus and assist in designing seasonal or special menus. Ensure food preparation meets hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and train juniors when required. Manage food inventory, stock rotation, and minimize wastage. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Coordinate with management for catering orders, events, and customer-specific requests. Stay updated with culinary trends and bring creativity to the menu.
