Senior AutoCAD Designer - Building & Layout Approvals

Prepare building plan and layout approval drawings for Residential, Commercial, and Industrial developments in accordance with DTCP, CMDA, and other regulatory authorities . Lead the creation of approval plans , ensuring accuracy, completeness, and strict adherence to government norms and planning standards . Upload drawings and documentation on the Tamil Nadu Government Online Approval Portals (e.g., DTCP, CMDA). Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to collect project inputs and ensure compliance with all applicable planning parameters. Manage and lead project teams , ensuring effective workflow, timely submission of deliverables, and achievement of client goals. Conduct site visits to verify ground realities, collect spatial and structural data, and recommend design modifications as needed. Prepare and submit approval documentation for various typologies (Residential, Commercial, Industrial) and for both individual building plans and larger layout approvals (including plotted developments and industrial estates). Stay updated with government regulations , zoning laws, and policy changes impacting land use and building approvals. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): Do you have experience in the TN single window portal for Planning Permission (PPA)?
