Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing field sales activities, with a focus on electronics and LED laminar products. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration). Minimum of 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in the electronics or LED industry. Strong understanding of electronics and LED laminar products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement. Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of solar products, renewable energy solutions, home appliances, and LED luminaires, staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
