POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Administrative Assistant II provides detailed administrative and clerical duties supporting the Association Administration team. This individual will work independently with limited supervision, and cooperatively with the Legal staff. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS : Review and summarize board meetings from recorded audio files. Prepare drafts of meeting minutes within 30 days of the meeting date. Edit and incorporate revisions and feedback. Compile and prepare various reports for Association board meetings. This requires reviewing and understanding association law from various sources including statutes, recorded documents, agreements, resolutions, etc. in order to adhere to regulatory requirements such as association filing requirements and those related to meeting notice postings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) needed to create and format documents and spreadsheets, and schedule meetings. Prepare and promptly respond to correspondence via written, oral or electronic communication. Proofread legal documents. Maintain confidential physical and electronic legal files. POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position will be responsible for programming, fixing, executing and versioning existing code for multiple applications. Provide support of existing in-house and 3rd party applications and reporting in a fast-paced environment. Perform break-fix analysis on existing code and trouble shoot issues reported via end-users both internal and external. Participate in the development agile process. Create documentation for all code fixes, root cause analysis and support-based knowledge. This role will perform full project and software development lifecycles, assist with complex operational/support concerns, and lead/mentor junior team members. S/he will be versed in business process management, product delivery concepts, development best practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong need to be hands on solving critical issues of our systems helping the team increase their understanding of process and problems with the software systems. Additionally, will set and / or adjust team norms and SLAs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS: 1. Perform coding tasks, unit tests, and troubleshooting. 2. Participate in medium to large size projects or Scrum teams which may require new code or enhancements. 3. Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects 4. Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field required. 5+ years equivalent professional experience will be accepted in lieu of degree. Knowledge and understanding of server, applications, network, and systems. Excellent communication skills are essential. PROFESSIONAL SKILLSET QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience as a Developer with 4-7 years experience. Competency of languages and libraries relevant to this role. Experience with enterprise technologies including applications, storage platforms, database (SQL), basic networking and routing. Ability to work alone with minimal supervision, prioritizing and managing time effectively. Ability to adapt in fast paced work environment. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail. Software Program Management Agile/Scrum Framework Systems Development Lifecycle Processes (SDLC) Strategic Planning Development Methodologies Candidate must be proficient and meet the following qualifications in one or more of the following Development Methodologies pending targeted developer type: Salesforce Developer: Proficiency in developing complex Apex classes and triggers with a strong focus on performance and best practices. Experience in building Lightning components, using the Lightning Framework, and developing Lightning Web Components (LWC). Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and integration tools like Salesforce Connect and MuleSoft. Ability to handle advanced customization and configuration tasks using tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Lightning App Builder. Proficiency in writing unit tests, debugging code, and ensuring high-quality development practices. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platforms Salesforce Certifications are a plus.
