We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer – Project Manager to manage execution of electrical substation, solar power projects, and electrical pole/ tower line works. The candidate will be responsible for overall site management including planning, supervision, resource allocation, safety compliance, and client coordination. The role involves end-to-end execution—installation, testing, commissioning, workforce management, material control, and progress reporting—to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage complete site execution for electrical substations, tower line , solar projects, and pole erection/line work. Plan, schedule, and monitor daily project activities to ensure timely completion within budget. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment. Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, regulations, and company policies. Prepare and maintain project documentation, site reports, work progress updates, and billing support. Manage workforce, allocate responsibilities, and ensure productivity at site. Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions. Control material usage, inventory, and ensure timely availability of resources. Lead site meetings with clients and team to review progress and address challenges. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of electrical substation systems, solar power plants, distribution & pole line work. 3–8 years of experience in substation / solar / distribution / tower line projects Project management, planning, and execution skills. Ability to lead teams and handle multiple sites independently. Good understanding of electrical drawings, layouts, and project documentation. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills. Strong communication and client-handling abilities. Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliances.
