The Sr Manager Maintenance will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, including equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and maintenance management. The role involves supervisory responsibilities, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and repaired, and developing maintenance schedules and protocols to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Qualifications Supervisory Skills Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Strong organizational and time management abilities Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Familiarity with health and safety regulations in industrial settings Ability to lead and work well with a team Experience in the manufacturing or drilling industry is a plus
