Script Writing Review & Delivery: Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to write scripts, review scripts, ensuring accuracy, enthusiasm, and natural delivery . Ad-lib and improvise when necessary while maintaining brand messaging. Pre-Production: Assist in brainstorming video concepts and topics that align with current inventory, seasonal trends, and viewer interest. On-Set Performance: Maintain a professional and energetic on-camera presence with clear, engaging vocal delivery. Be punctual and prepared for all shooting schedules. Branding Consistency: Ensure that all on-screen communication and personal appearance align with the Sai Aqua and Pets brand identity and tone . Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to inform them about new pet supplies, aquarium products and ongoing promotions or special offers. Proactively follow up on leads generated from online inquiries, store visits, or marketing campaigns. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and sales. Receive and handle inbound calls from customers regarding product information, pricing, stock availability, and order status. Provide accurate and helpful information about pet care, aquatic life, and the appropriate use of products sold Efficiently resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns over the phone or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales calls, and follow-up activities. Collect customer feedback on products and services to help improve offerings and service quality. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after a purchase or service delivery.
