To identify training needs in coordination with Nursing Head of the Unit/ Consultants & as per CustomerFeedback. Develop and implement training programs, training material, PPTs etc. Prepare training calendar based on the identified training needs and to circulate the same to the concerneddepartments. Facilitate training programs by coordinating for the required resources (venue, projectors, dummies, etc.) asper the training calendar. Identify the faculty for training on the identified topic and coordinate for conducting the required training. To organize seminars/workshops (of both external/internal faculties) as a part of CNE. To organize periodic refresher trainings of basic functional skills. Post training, analyze the feedback of the sessions conducted and inform findings. To monitor progress and performance of hospital nursing staff by conducting frequent hospital rounds To ensure that training materials are continuously updated & upgraded as per latest developments in the fieldof nursing/ medicine. To be responsible for preparation of periodic MIS reports as needed by the Nursing Head of the Unit. Any other work assigned by the management. To be aware of Quality Indicators of the department. To be aware of the various incidents and know the process to raise incident reports. To follow the Infection Control practices set by the organization and to be aware of Personal ProtectionEquipment in the department. To be aware of all the safety codes and adhere to the related protocols To attend all mandatory technical and behavioural trainings To ensure coverage of 6 trainings hours per month Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person
