With our emerging Agri-Inputs division, we are expanding our footprint across Maharashtra and are looking for passionate professionals to join us on this journey. Location: Candidate will be based in their respective territory 1) Pune-Narayangaon 2)Solapur-Pandharpur Experience: 4 - 15 years (preferred in Agri-input sales or related field) Responsibilities: Market Development & Sales Drive sales of agri-inputs including seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and micronutrients. Identify and develop dealer/distributor networks and onboard new channel partners. Generate and execute monthly/quarterly sales plans for the territory. Farmer Engagement & Advisory Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and training programs to promote product usage and best practices. Drive Demand Generation Campaigns with focus on liquidation in the assigned area with support of MDO Team Provide agronomic support and technical guidance to farmers on product application and crop management with Climate control strategy & Implemented AI in agriculture Operations & Reporting Collect market intelligence, competitor data, and farmer feedback. Prepare daily/weekly reports on field activities, sales performance, and market trends. Coordinate with the supply chain and central team to ensure product availability and timely delivery. Desired candidate: Bachelors degree in agriculture or related field (B.Sc. Agri preferred), Agri Business Management, - ABM, or MBA Proven experience in agri-inputs sales or rural marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Passion for working with and empowering farmers Skills & Attributes: Strong knowledge of local cropping patterns and farming practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in field-intensive roles. Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Passionate about farmer welfare and rural development.
