Job Responsibilities: 1. Log in to the Field Assist app daily for attendance, take a photo from the distribution point, and share it in the team group. 2. As per the assigned beat plan, cover a minimum of 40 outlets per day, including retail stores and hospitals within the route. 3. Attend the daily morning sales call without fail. 4. Collect and submit stock data from distributors, and update closing stock reports at the end of each day. 5. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. 6. Ensure effective product promotion to retailers, distributors, and customers. 7. Coordinate and resolve stock and dispatch-related issues with distributors. 8. Take ownership of product offtake and support distributors in payment recoveries. 9. Prepare and submit Primary Planning and MSR reports as per company timelines. 10. Actively participate in company promotions, market activations, and training programs. Key Skills Required:· .
