We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tourism Consultant to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Handle domestic and international tour inquiries and design customized itineraries. Advise clients on travel destinations, accommodation, transport, and activities. Book and manage flights, hotels, sightseeing tours, visas, and travel insurance. Promote holiday packages, honeymoon trips, family vacations, and group tours. Ensure smooth coordination with vendors, hotels, and transport providers. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media. Maintain excellent client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on travel trends, visa regulations, and new destinations. Requirements: Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. Knowledge of domestic & international travel destinations. Proficiency in using travel booking systems, GDS, or online portals. Excellent communication & customer service skills. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple bookings. Passion for travel and willingness to learn.
