About the job: Key responsibilities: a. Market Research & Prospect Identification: 1. Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads within designated territories or industries. 2. Utilize various sources, including industry events, networking, and competitor analysis, to uncover new business opportunities. b. Direct Outreach & Relationship Building: 1. Engage with prospects through face-to-face meetings, cold calling, and attending industry events to establish initial contact. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster trust and facilitate business discussions. c. Lead Qualification & Needs Assessment: 1. Assess the needs and pain points of prospects to determine the suitability of products or services. 2. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with the company's offerings. d. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams: 1. Work closely with sales and marketing departments to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives. 2. Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to refine targeting and messaging. e. CRM Management & Reporting: 1. Utilize CRM systems to track interactions, manage lead data, and monitor the progression of leads through the sales funnel. 2. Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and sales outcomes. f. Continuous Learning & Adaptation: 1. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to adapt lead generation strategies accordingly. 2. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
