You will be responsible for managing primary and secondary flow for allocated Configuration Items (CIs). Your main tasks will include ensuring the timely delivery of the DMU & F3D definition while meeting quality and cost targets. It will be crucial to guarantee the on-time availability of subparts for associated CIs such as 924/IP. You will be required to create workprepas for associate CIs, launch workorders for suppliers, and maintain daily communication with Airbus at the DRP to discuss design progress, resolve issues, and escalate blocking points. Additionally, you will be in charge of launching release processes, securing compiler/design checker signatures, conducting quality root cause analyses with suppliers, supporting configuration teams on TRS investigations, and validating technical content. You will also need to initiate necessary DMU concepts, fill PZadvisor during ESI conf2 and ESI conf3, provide DQN/RDR solutions in SAP (T100), and follow up until acceptance. Your contribution to DRP planning and alignment with suppliers" planning will be essential. Regular reporting on the status of each design solution using appropriate tools will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree along with at least 4 years of experience in project management support within professional services. Knowledge of AIRBUS / SAFRAN / AEROSPACE processes and procedures is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential, along with a good understanding of Project Management methodology. Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively engage with relevant project stakeholders and fulfill information requirements. Fluency in English is a must.
