Role & responsibilities Gather system requirements from the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders to define hardware scope. Provide effort estimates and develop associated planning schedules in coordination with the hardware team. Oversee the hardware teams schedule to ensure timely delivery of outputs to both internal projects and external customers. Support and evaluate hardware-related technical decisions, ensuring alignment with project goals. Coordinate effectively with other workpackage managers (e.g., mechanical, software, FPGA) to maintain seamless integration across disciplines. Assist and monitor the production process to ensure hardware deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Project Manager and organizational leadership as agreed. Identify deviations from plan and propose corrective actions, including risk mitigation strategies. Plan, supervise, and validate outsourced hardware workpackages to ensure quality and compliance. Conduct root cause analysis of issues and contribute to lessons learned for continuous improvement. Participate in regular project team meetings and provide updates on hardware activities and progress. Preferred candidate profile You hold a degree in higher education with a specialization in electronics or industrial computing . You bring proven experience in the definition, implementation, integration, and verification of complex systems. You have a strong passion for technology and innovation , particularly in the fields of digital systems, hardware, and software . You possess expertise in PCB design , with a solid understanding of industrial constraints and EMI compliance for complex environments. You are rigorous , autonomous , and thrive in multidisciplinary teams that combine technical excellence with business acumen in an international setting . Your communication skills are widely recognized and contribute to effective collaboration across teams. Ideally, you have familiarity with aeronautical certification standards such as ARP4754, DO254, DO160, and DO178 , as well as experience with digital communication buses like ARINC, CAN, and MIL-STD-1553 .

In the short term, you will join a task force dedicated to Low Level Testing. You will have the responsibility of your assigned perimeter of Low Level Testing activities, as a Team member. In this context you will be reporting directly to the Technical Manager and operationally to the Tech Lead. Working with others, you shall responsible for: - ensuring the highest level of quality for your deliverables; - respecting deadlines provided to you by the Tech Lead; - handling the development of your software assigned perimeter by working with other technical stake holders (from MBD, Hardware and/or Product engineering); - raising awareness on technical and deadline risks related to your deliverables; - assessing your progress and presenting it to the Tech Lead, offering options when requested.
