Company Overview: We are a ambitious player in the import-export domain, dealing in premium quality spices and saffron, aiming to build a strong distribution network across India and globally. As we prepare for our launch, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can drive our B2B expansion through effective channel development, distributor onboarding, and market penetration. Key Responsibilities: Build and lead the PAN India distribution network for spices and saffron products. Identify, appoint, and manage state-wise and regional distributors, super stockists, and wholesalers. Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and expansion. Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and identify white spaces for growth. Ensure monthly sales targets are met through effective partner engagement and retail activation. Work closely with the marketing team to implement trade schemes, promotions, and pricing strategies. Monitor distributor ROI, inventory levels, sales performance, and order management. Travel extensively across India to identify new business opportunities and manage field operations. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in spices, saffron, or similar organic agri-products. Strong exposure to distribution/channel sales model (preferably set up from scratch). Proven experience in appointing distributors or expanding territory across multiple regions or states. Solid understanding of trade marketing, B2B partnerships, and FMCG product placement. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel extensively. Preferred Background : Prior experience with FMCG companies dealing in spices, condiments, dry fruits, or similar. Network of ready distributors or trade contacts is a plus. Exposure to export markets will be an added advantage.
