You will be responsible for assisting in the execution of batch and continuous processes according to the production plan to ensure timely completion of tasks. Additionally, you will provide support in maintaining the quality of recovered solvents and other products, as well as in issuing permits for maintenance activities of equipment in the SRU (Solvent Recovery Unit). Your role will involve ensuring progressive documentation of activities in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and assisting in the thorough cleaning of equipment during campaign changeovers when necessary. You will be required to report any near-miss incidents or accidents to the relevant authorities immediately and contribute to the preparation of daily reports covering batch cycle time, water consumption, manpower details, and stock reports. In order to maintain a safe work environment, you must adhere to safety protocols to ensure the safety of operating personnel and equipment at all times. Compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards during shifts is essential, as well as maintaining good housekeeping practices and ensuring the proper upkeep of the production area. Furthermore, you will participate in and assist in training programs for subordinates relevant to operations during plant shutdowns and engage in daily safety talks to reinforce safe working practices and raise awareness among the team.,
