Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Safety Systems Specialist to join our team at Erogomed, a leading biotechnology company. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in safety systems management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive safety systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
Provide training and guidance on safety procedures to employees.
Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
Maintain accurate records of safety performance metrics and report findings to senior management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, chemistry, or engineering.
Proven experience in safety systems management with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to investigate incidents and implement preventive measures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve safety goals.
Strong attention to detail is essential to maintain accurate records of safety performance metrics.
