Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership & Strategy Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams (process, mechanical, electrical, etc.). Develop team skills and manage resources efficiently. Drive strategic planning and capital project execution. 2. Process & Project Management Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost, and safety. Oversee new equipment design, installation, and commissioning. Manage engineering projects within budget and timelines. 3. Safety & Compliance Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and conduct regular audits. Implement risk assessments and maintain safety documentation. 4. Maintenance & Reliability Develop maintenance strategies to reduce downtime. Improve equipment reliability and life-cycle performance. 5. Budget & Cost Control Manage engineering budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Monitor CAPEX and OPEX for engineering operations. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and external vendors. Lead continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. 7. Specialized Engineering Oversight Supervise activities in process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, safety, quality, R&D, and operations engineering.

Currently we are looking for the position of Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Site Civil Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage site-specific civil engineering activities. 2. Ensure compliance with designs, specifications, and regulatory requirements. 3. Conduct site surveys, inspections, and monitoring. 4.
