Role & responsibilities:- Patrolling: Regularly patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities, ensure the safety of personnel, and protect property and assets. Surveillance: Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to potential security threats or incidents. Access Control: Manage and control access to the premises by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and monitoring entry and exit points. Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate reports on security incidents, daily activities, and observations. Document and report any irregularities or safety hazards. Enforcement: Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations related to security and safety. Address and manage any violations or disruptions. Customer Service: Provide assistance and information to employees, visitors, and clients, ensuring a professional and courteous approach. Emergency Procedures: Execute and follow emergency procedures for evaluations, medical incidents, and other emergencies. Assist in coordinating with emergency services when necessary. Safety Inspections: Conduct routine safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards or security vulnerabilities. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with other security personnel, supervisors, and relevant stakeholders. Use radios, telephones, and other communication devices as needed. Vehicle Monitoring: If applicable, monitor and secure company vehicles or property within a designated area. JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Manager Safety - Projects 1. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE : 1. Develop, implement, and maintain Adani Safety Management systems, procedures, and protocols. 2. Advice Project Head in the matter of HSE, Local Legislation, BOCW Act & Updating the current govt. policies related to HSE. 3. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies. 4. Scrutinizing the Incident Investigations, near misses, Dangerous occurrences of the contractors/ vendors and advising to implement suitable corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 4. Develop and deliver specific HSE training programs for employees, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders. 5. Preparing the monthly reports for business unit safety along with MIS (management information system) reports. 7. Conducting periodic audits as per the Group/BU safety requirements. 8.
