Qualifications Experience Diploma in Welding, Mechanical, or FabricationEngineering (B.Tech. preferred) 6+ years of hands-on experience in structural orstainless steel fabrication projects Skilled in reading fabrication drawings, weldsymbols, and managing SMAW, MIG/FCAW welding Experience supervising welding teams in shiftenvironments with quality and safety accountability Familiarity with stainless steel weldingpractices, WPS compliance, joint fit-up, and EOT coordination.
