Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or delivery notes. Store goods in designated locations safely and systematically. Prepare and dispatch orders accurately and on time. Maintain proper documentation for stock receipts, issues, and returns. Conduct regular physical stock counts and report discrepancies. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners (if certified). Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for inventory availability and movement. Report damaged or expired goods and arrange for proper disposal or returns. Support warehouse audits and assist in process improvements. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in warehouse operations preferred. Forklift certification is a plus. Basic computer skills for inventory management software. Skills and Competencies: Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weights. Team player with good communication skills. Knowledge of safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
