Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, near-misses, and safety-related incidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to all applicable safety regulations, standards, and permits at construction sites. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Monitor the proper use and maintenance of safety gear by workers on site. Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and drills.
