Sound knowledge of plant machinery, maintenance, and production processes. Key Skills: Leadership, Operational Efficiency, Problem Solving, Time Management, Safety Management, Financial Acumen Technical Knowledge: Understanding of plant machinery and the production process in the tile adhesives and cement industries. Preferred Experience: Experience with ERP, Data Management system, and manufacturing execution systems (MES). Knowledge of ISO 9001, IS 15477, ISO 14001, and OHSAS standards. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.

Perform job safety analyses (JSA) and risk assessments for specific tasks. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
