Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all safety-related activities, including inspections, audits, training, incident reports, and corrective action closures. Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely safety performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to TEPL project management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations. 6. Contractor Safety Management: Pre-qualification Support: Assist in the safety pre-qualification and selection of construction contractors. Contractor Compliance: Continuously monitor contractor activities to ensure strict adherence to the project's safety plan, method statements, and all applicable regulations. Performance Evaluation: Participate in the evaluation of contractor safety performance throughout the project lifecycle. Joint Safety Meetings: Conduct joint safety meetings with contractor supervisors to discuss performance, upcoming tasks, and hazard mitigation. 7. Regulatory Compliance & Audits: Legal Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with the Factories Act, 1948, and all other relevant state (e.g., Gujarat Factory Rules) and national construction safety regulations.
